A secretive organization, the Black Shores, is nestled on a chain of Tacetite islands, shielded from the world by a dense digital fog. Intending to save the world, the organization uses Resonance Beacons to closely monitor The Lament and gather data. Strikingly, according to theWuthering Wavesofficial website, it is currently uncertain when or who will lift this veil, though The Shorekeeper herself will likely play a major role in this.
