To create this, you will need to find Fractured Spark of Omens, a new material that can only beacquired from certain activities.
The Fractured Spark of Omens can be found in a few different locations, primarily from various weekly activities, though there is an intro quest that also gives you one. Even if you don’t plan to use this in your own professions, the Spark of Omens that this item createscan be used in Crafting Ordersto get other players to make high-level items for you, making it an important resource to keep on top of.
What Is Fractured Spark of Omens Used For?

The Fractured Spark of Omens is an item that can be used to create the new Spark of Omens, used for high-level crafts. You will need two Fractured Spark of Omens items along with 250 Valorstones to create a Spark of Omens.
The Spark of Omens item is a crafting reagent that guarantees an Item Level of 584 to 597 and marks it as “Omen Crafted”. This is a relatively high Item LevelforThe War Within Season One, and items crafted with this affix will be relevant and in demand for gearing for early to mid-level Mythic Plus and Raiding.
However, after getting your first Spark of Omens via the “Omens Unified” quest that begins in Dornogal at max level, you won’t be able to get another for at least two weeks. You get one Fractured Spark of Omens from the “Omens Unified” quest because you are asked to find its pair, and when completed you have two and are able to create a Spark of Omens.
But after that, because you need two Fractured Spark of Omens to create a Spark of Omens, and because only one is available each week, you cannot create a Spark of Omens more than once every two weeks.
How To Get Fractured Spark of Omens in WoW TWW
Though it’s a little bit of a pain to have to wait for two weeks to get another Spark of Omens for crafting, getting Fractured Spark of Omens is much less stressful. Essentially, there is a very high chance for Fractured Spark of Omens to drop from just about every form of weekly quest cache.
Once you have gotten a Fractured Spark of Omens for the week, other Weekly Reward caches from the above activities will no longer have a chance to drop another. You will have to wait for the weekly reset every Tuesday to get another, and another week to have enough to make a Spark of Omens.
