Summary

Players will need to work fast to keep things running smoothly inTCG Card Shop Simulator.During the early stages of the game, players will need to do every job themselves. Players will need to jump from working the register to ordering stock and more just tokeep the money coming in.

As time goes on, players will develop a bit of a routine that will allow them to be more efficient in their day-to-day actions. That said, there are a few things that players can do to maximize their efficiency. In a game where every minute matters, being as efficient as possible is a must.

Customers Making Comments

1Listen To The Customers

Customers Love To Make Comments

As customers walk around the store, they’ll drop comments. The comments vary from “that’s too expensive” to “what a bargain.” Thecomments made by customers are a great way of gauging whether the player is charging too much or too little for products. The ideal comments are ones like “that’s a fair price.”

If the player is selling things too cheaply, then they aren’t going to make a lot of profit. On the other hand, charging too much will end up with the player losing out on some valuable sales. So, be sure to keep an eye out for customer comments throughout the day. Also, keep an eye out for smelly customersas they can be bad for business.

A Well-Stocked Store

2Don’t End The Day Too Soon

Closing Too Soon Can Cost The Player Some Sales

The store will automatically close at 9 pm. That said, any shoppers either browsing the store or playing at a play table will be able to stay inside to finish what they are doing. If the player decides to go straight into the next day, then they will lose out on a couple of sales.Time will stop at 9 pm, so it doesn’t matter how long the player waits before starting up the next day.

To help speed things up, if the player heads over to any play tables that are in use and goes to pick them up, the players sitting at the tables will pay up and either leave the store or purchase some products. It’s always worth waiting until every customer has left the store before closing.

Customers Playing Cards-3

3Use The Play Tables Wisely

More Than Just Passive Income

Playing tables are a great way to make some extra money without having to put in a lot of effort. Setting up a few play tables will allow customers to come to the shop to play. Not only will this generate passive income, but these tables give the player the ability tomake extra money from selling individual cards.

By interacting with a play table, the player can select an event. Each event has the chance to impact the prices of certain card types. For example, if the player has an abundance of first edition cards that they’d like to sell, they should set up a vintage event. The vintage event has a chance toincrease the value of first edition cards. There’s an event that affects every card type, so the player should choose the event that best suits the cards they have for sale.

4Expand The Stock Before Expanding The Store

Avoid Unnecessary Expansion Costs

While it may seem counter-intuitive, players should only expand their store when they absolutely need to. Expanding store A or purchasing store B not only comes with an initial cost but alsoincreases the amount of rent the player will pay at the end of each week.Lots of new players are making the mistake of focusing on increasing the store’s size over increasing the store’s stock variety.

Customers can’t purchase empty spaces. While the starting store is relatively small, it is possible to fit a large amount inside. Instead of purchasing a store upgrade, it’s better to invest money in product licenses. After all, a full small store is better than a large empty one.

5Check Prices Daily

Prices Change Regularly

Each day, before opening the store, players should take a look at the market value of each item they are selling.Prices tend to fluctuate pretty regularly. What may be a good deal one day could be an expensive product the next. To avoid overcharging or undercharging customers, players should adjust their store prices each day before opening up shop.

This also applies to single cards. Single cards tend to fluctuate more often than packs, accessories, and figurines. Avoid losing money by double-checking prices either via the market value tab on the product label or via the app on the phone.

Hiring Staff Members

6Hire The Best Staff Members

Don’t Rush To Hire Someone

There are quite a few staff options. Whileplayers will need to reach level milestonesto unlock certain staff members, players will typically be able to take someone on within the first couple of weeks. That said, players should read up on each staff member before hiring them.Hiring someone slow on the register is not good for business.

If an employee is slow, then they are best avoided. Hiring any employee comes with a rather hefty processing fee. Not only that, but the player will need to pay their employees for each day’s work. It’s often best to wait to hire some of the faster staff members further down the line than it is to hire one of the slow ones early on.
