There’s a surprising amount of theory to becoming a greatQuidditch Championsplayer, as each role has access to 18 Skill Points, but they canonly assign 10 at a time. Skill Points are unlocked by leveling up and are shared acrossall four Quidditch roles. When players have access to 20 Skill Points, they are ready to go as they can always swap 10 of these points between their Keeper, Beater, and Seeker, depending on who they plan on playing. The other10 points should remain on the Chaseras they are always taken into action.

The Skills for each role are split into 3 trees of 6 Points, and to take a6th Point means taking the previous 5. While there are technically no best Skill Points, some are certainly stronger than others.Builds also depend on individual play styles, and always remember that your bot will always be playing the role you aren’t, andbuilds matter for bots too. The brooms inQuidditch Championsshould also be considered alongside thebest Skill Points for each Quidditch position.

Chasers inQuidditch Championsshould ideally be looking to score goals, and if their allies are currently controlling other positions, leaving bots as Chasers, then it’s best totake charge of the Quaffle and not trust the bots.

There are a few variations of an offensive build for Chasers, but it’s imperative that theytake 5 Points in Quaffle Handling. This gives themextra speed with the Quaffle, which is crucial for reaching the opponent’s hoops without being caught. The rest is down to preference, althoughat least 2 Points in Tacklingcan help significantly.

Playing almost exclusively as a defender is an underrated tactic inQuidditch Championsas any downtime can be spentknocking out any other players, including Seekers and Beaters.

Defensive Chaser builds are perfect for bots when players intend to solely play their other role, such as Beater.

The Tackling line of skills seriously helps with this, andtackles can end up doing 3 extra damage, making eliminations a serious threat. As defenders will be at the back and hopefully stealing the Quaffle, it makes sense tocomplement this play style with passing abilities. Having one defender/playmaker is a good way towin more games inQuidditch Champions.

Beginner Keepers will definitely want totake all 6 Points in Defense, as this makes saving goals much easier. Their catch radius will be increased, and they can reach hoops and reposition faster.

This can also be good for bots to give them a better chance. Even more important for bot Keepers, however, is the Teamwork line of Skills, which allows them to place more Playcaller Rings tospeed the whole team up.

Players who have already masteredthe basics of Keeping inQuidditch Championswill potentially want to drop the buffs to the catch radius, astheir own skill can be enough to save goals.

Instead, they can then take more aggressive and skillful options from the Attacking Skill Points, which will allow them todominate the entire area aroundtheir hoops. WithFreeflight UnlockedandPower Kicks, Seekers should be terrified every time the Snitch heads to the end of the pitch.

Almost all Beaters inQuidditch Championswill wantat least 5 Points in Bludger Handlingas their Bludgers will deal significantlymore damage, and they cansummon Bludgers more frequently.

Skill Points in Tackling can also be good, astackles will deal more damage, and can have some nice effects, such as sending deflected Quaffles to their team. Taking all 6 Points in Tackling is also an option for those who want tointerrupt Seekers by ruining their Snitch meter with tackles.

Making use of the Teamwork Skill Points for Beaters inQuidditch Championsrequires much more prowess in the position. This is because theTeamwork Skills are all about stealing the enemy Bludger, and making use of itbefore it stuns you.

None of this is easy to do, as it requires excellent perception of the opposing beater, as well as precise flying skills. However, if utilized properly, this play style willcripple the enemy Beater’s capabilitywhile also taking out their teammates.

MostSeekers inQuidditch Championswill want to putall 6 Points into the Seeking line. This not onlyhelps their Snitch meter fill up, but with the Snitch Ring Energy Skill, they will only have to fly through rings every so often to maintain their boost.

Seekers should only fly through rings to fill up their boost, at other times they should cut corners to get as close to the Snitch as possible.

3 points into Defensewill also mean theirSnitch meter can fill up from further away. Other variations for standard Seeker builds revolve around easier Seeker bumps. A verydefensive buildfor Seekers who want to sit back andfocus on not being eliminatedis also an option with6 points in Defense.

Inhigher-skilled games, filling up the Snitch meter withgood flying is not enough, and Snitch hunts can instead turn into all-out brawls with Seeker bumping. This is wherepoints in Disruptioncome into play.

The ability tosteal a percentage of the opponent’s Snitch meteris incredibly strong in the right hands and with increased damage to bumps, a lot can be achieved. Skilled Seekers are also more likely to make use of theBump Parryability in the Defense line. This allows them totime bumps with incoming Bludgers to fight backagainst Beaters.
