As strong individuals with an unpredictable nature, thePrimordials remain a threat to anyoneand everyone they set their eyes on. Despite Rimuru already subjugating Noir and renaming him Diablo, the Queen of Elves, Elmesia El-Ruivell, still considered Diablo a threat to even Rimuru.
While Diablo is fiercely loyal to Rimuru, the loyalties of the other Primordials make them a threat. Once, the White Primordial, Blanc, obliterated an entire country to avenge a friend, while the Yellow Primordial, Jaune, now known as Carrera, often sent nuclear-level spells to a country for the fun of it. Because of how powerful the Primordials are, they never truly die. While that is true, there is much more to the chosen hero, as his alternate personality, Rudra Nam Ul Nasca, serves as the Emperor of the Eastern Empire. As a legendary historical figure, this Emperor served as the first Emperor of the Eastern Empire but has reincarnated so many times that he has gained a corrupted mind.
Moreover, he then exists in the same space-time as the hero, Masayuki, a person Rimuru has forged an alliance with. Interestingly, Rudra Nam Ul Nasca is in competition with Guy Crimson to see who gets to rule the world, but his corrupted personality allows him to use any means possible. As an alternate personality from Rudra, Masayuki lives an autonomous life; however, some of his actions remain influenced by that of the Eastern Empire emperor, making him a threat, particularly because Rimuru considers him an ally.

The Empire, particularly its military, is known as the strongest in the entire world, and for good reason. Aside from being 2.1 million strong in its military might, the military strength of the empire includesVelgrynd, the Scorch Dragon, Gadra, a mage that has lived for over a thousand years, and even Yuuki Kagurazaka.
Some of its high-ranked members possess God-grade and legendary equipment, with which they are able to cause untold destruction. Aside from its powerful emperor, the Eastern Empire can lay waste to various countries and is well known for conquering lands. Often, the Eastern Empire gives two options to those it wishes to annex—submit or die, and of recent, the Eastern Empire has set its eyes on the Jura Tempest Federation, seeing it as a means to then conquer the West.

Their Immense Political Influence and Power Dynamic Makes Them Dangerous
Led by Granbell Rozzo, the Rozzo family started off as an organization that helped humans, portraying its ruler’s ideals. Unfortunately, after the death of his wife, Granbell’s Rozzo ideals morphed, and ratherthan just protect humanity, he sought to be their ruler, albeit from the shadows.
Creating the Council of the West alongside various important factions to rule the West from the shadows served as a great way to rule from behind the scenes while acquiring power. However, with the power the Rozzo family commanded, Maribel Rozzo, Granbell’s granddaughter, became a threat to Jura Tempest with all her plans to instill chaos and destroy the budding country. Maribel’s plans and backing pose a threat to Jura Tempest, and her ultimate skill, Greed, is no joke that Rimuru can afford to underestimate.

Guy isn’t one to antagonize others for power or status; however, he remains firmly against upsetting the world’s power balance, something Rimuru has a knack for ignorantly doing.
Asthe first seat of the Octagramand his vast abilities and relation to even Veldanava, should Guy Crimson ever set his eyes on preventing the growth of the Jura Tempest Federation, Rimuru would have more than enough to worry about. Thankfully, Guy tends to act reasonably and doesn’t antagonize others needlessly. As long as Rimuru doesn’t disrupt the world’s power balance, everything should be fine, but can Rimuru be trusted to maintain the status quo?

Yuuki Kagurazaka is one of the most morallyambiguous characters in the entire series.
