Most Intel inStar Wars Outlawsonly give players a general idea of where to look for something, such as which region of a planet the location is found in. Each region can be fairly spacious, with many ins and outs to make finding a specific location difficult unless you know where to look.
While they may be hard to locate, Intel is a great source of upgradematerials such as Transparisteelor even more item-specific upgrade materials. When exploring the Crimson Dawn section of Mirogana City, players will come across the, “I’m Here” datapad which will begin the Smuggler’s Hideout Intel; here’s how to find it.
Where To Find The Smuggler’s Hideout In Star Wars Outlaws
Before you may complete this Intel, you’ll need the Power module for your blaster which is unlocked duringThe Gunsmith main mission.
The fastest route to the Smuggler’s Hideout starts from Jaunta’s Hope. From there, follow the main road through the mountains going southeast to theeastern side of The Lost Steppe region. Just to the left side of the mountain of the Shipjacker Workshop will be a ramp going west towards a mountain. You’ll need to hit the ramp at full speedusing the Speeder Boostin order to barely make the jump.
Once on the other side, get off your speeder and climb the rocks just ahead, and look to the right. The path forward will be blocked by a rock that can bedestroyed using apower shot from your blaster. Jump to the other side and look to the left to find more rocks to climb up to eventually reach a fan that is turned off. There will be another breakable rock to the left of the fan, and hitting it with a power shot will complete the Intel, but not give you the rewards yet.
How To Enter The Smuggler’s Hideout Door
On the other side of the fan will be a door just to the left that needs to be powered on. The three cables leading away from it each lead to a fan that needs to be turned on to power the door. Facing the door, turn left and go past the fan you just walked through to go around it and up the rock wall. Use Nix toclimb back into the tunnel you came from and power the fanback on.
Back to the door, turn around, andwalk to the edge of the cliff to look down and see a ledge below. To the right side of the ledge will be another fan that is being blocked by a rock that can be destroyed with a power shot from your blaster to get the fan moving again.
The final fan is found to the right when facing the door, andboth levers must be pulled at the same time. Stand by one lever and useNix to go and pull the other. You’ll need to send Nix first and time it just right so Kay begins her animation and she and Nix pull the levers at the same time.
Rewards For The Smuggler’s Hideout
Inside the door is the real Smuggler’s hideout which will have various piles of scrap to loot, containers to open, and a large chest along the back wall. Inside the main chest will be:
