While there are several features included in the list of upgrades made to the game, the removal of Denuvo DRM is likely to be the one to catch most players' attention. Many gaming fans seem to have an uneasy feeling whenever the anti-tampering software is mentioned, with a large part of the community believing that its inclusion in a game can negatively impact performance. Developer Respawn Entertainment had announced thatStar Wars Jedi: Survivorwould utilize Denuvo DRMjust a few days ahead of its launch in April 2023, which elicited a strong negative response from some potential players.
