To celebrate the Grand Festival,Splatoon 3is giving players seven new pieces of headgear they can use in Turf War, and 3 new banners. The headgear is based off of the special outfits thethree idol groups ofSplatoonwill be wearing during their Grand Festival performance. The banners each represent one of the teams, Past, Present, or Future, allowing players to fully celebrate their team when they join the Splatfest. In the same vein, a new Work Suit for Salmon Run and Big Run can be collected, with a cool black and orange color scheme.

Players who want to claim these gear sets can easily do so via their Nintendo Switch. Players just need to go to the News section and scroll down until they see theSplatoon 3news posts. There will be two; one for the Turf War headpieces and one for theSalmon Run Work Suits. Once located, players can just open the news article, scroll down, and select the StartSplatoon 3button at the bottom of the page. This will add the gear to a player’s game, which can be picked up from a Lobby Terminal.
