Koropokkur

Koropokkur is definitely a demon the player will run across while they’re playingSMTV: Vengeance.This demon has a support level of +3 and comes with the skill Tarukaja, which allows it to raise an ally’s attack. Being unlocked at level 26 makes it one of the earliest the player can get mid-game.

Cironnup

Cironnup has one of the highest support levels the player can come across, at +4. This makes him one of the best buffing demons the player can find around mid-game, being unlockable at level 27. He has a unique skill, Cautious Cheer +4, that allows him to raise the defense, accuracy, and evasion of all allies by 1 rank for 3 turns.

Jatayu

Jatayu is definitely a great demon for buffing that can be unlocked mid-game. This demon has a support level of +3 and can be accessed at level 32. He can buff all allies by using Masukukaja which increases their accuracy and evasion by one rank for 3 turns. His innate skill, Critical Melody, also allows him to increase the critical damage of all allies.

Sarasvati

Sarasvati is one of the later mid-game demons, becoming available at level 47 for the player. Her support level is +2, which isn’t the highest seen, but she has a skill known as Donum Galdi, which allows her to increase the power of the next strength attack of an ally.

Konohana Sakuya

Konohana Sakuya is a DLC demon inSMTV: Vengeance, meaning the player won’t be able to have access to her without buying the DLC. Konohana Sakuya is a great demon for buffing, having a base level of 50, and a support level of +3. Her unique skill Sakuya Sakura allows her to raise all stats of all allies for 3 turns while also healing the allies HP and restoring some MP.

Ganesha

Ganesha is a demon that can be fused at level 57 and has a very high support level, being +4. He doesn’t have any amazing support skills but the player can definitely have him inherit one easily.

He does have a skill that can boost himself, called Fierce Roar. This skill draws all the enemy’s attention to him and raises his defense by one rank for 3 turns.

Cleopatra

Cleopatra has the highest support level in SMTV: Vengeance, at +5, making her one of the best demons to use for buffing. She’s unlocked at level 61 and unlike in the original game,Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeancehas her free of charge and not as a DLC character that the player has to pay for to get.

She has access to one of the best buffing skills in the game, Luster Candy, which allows her to increase all stats of all allies by one rank for 3 turns.

Lakshmi

Lakshmi is an amazing late-game buffer inSMTV. She can be unlocked at level 70, which makes her very late game, and has a support level of +3. Her own innate skill, Chanchala, can be extremely useful for buffed allies. She can also make use of Luster Candy, a skill that raises all stats of all allies by one rank for 3 turns.

Lilith

Lilith inSMTV: Vengeancereplaces the old one that was inSMTV,and plays a major role in this game. This character can be unlocked at level 72, which is clearly late game. Her support level is +3, and she has access to a great skill known as Luster Candy, which allows her to raise all stats of all Allies by one rank for 3 turns.

End Game (Level 76+)

Alilat

Alilat is an endgame demon that is definitely one of the best when it comes to healing and buffing. She’s unlocked at level 81 and has a support level of +3. She has access to 2 skills, Donum Magici and Donum Gladi. These skills allow her to increase the next magic or strength-based attack of an ally, depending on which she uses.

Danu

Danu is a character that can be unlocked at level 93 and has a support level of +2. Her innate skill itself makes her very useful as a buffer as it allows her to weaken attacks that don’t strike the allies’ weakness if their defense is raised by 2 ranks. She also has access to Cluster Candy, which is a powerful buffing skill, and she has Matriarch’s Love which allows her to cure status ailments and remove rebuffs for all allies.
