Billy is Wanda’s son and has a twin brother, Tommy Maximoff, aka Speed. He was introduced in Disney Plus’WandaVisionseries when Wanda grieved over Vision’s death and created a sitcom-like reality. Billy has magical powers like his mom. He has telekinetic and teleportation abilities and can warp the reality. Billy and Tommy can also age themselves, as shown inWandaVision. Billy later became Wiccan, a powerful sorcerer and a member of the Young Avengers.
Locke has previously spoken about his character inAgatha All Along. He insisted that he had no other name but “Teen.” “I think, I said it before, and people [think] that it’s just a codename, but that’s actually what he is called by all the members of the coven. There is a mystery there to be solved, but that is actually his name pretty much for the whole show,” Locke toldThe Rolling Stone UK.
