However, one theme in particular drew the most attention from the community: a wedding skin theme for Juno, Kiriko, Mercy, and Genji.
Ever since the earlydays of the originalOverwatch, many fans have speculated that Genji and Mercy are in a relationship. Both heroes being included in this recent wedding concept skin leak has led to even more buzz from the fandom, and even some fan art inspired by the skins. On Reddit, the user birk_ow posted a gorgeous piece of fan art depicting Mercy and Genji’s wedding. In the art, both heroes are wearing the wedding outfits from the leak, and Mercy is shown flying through the air while holding onto Genji’s hand. Below them, a crowd of what can be assumed to be the rest of theOverwatchheroes, including Winston, cheers and throws bouquets.

Fans are interested to see whether any of these leaked surveyskins will actually make it intoOverwatch 2.There are some wedding-themed skins inOverwatchalready, such as Widowmaker’s Ghostly Bride and Sombra’sBride of Frankenstein-inspired Halloween skin, though these are more rooted in horror. Many in the community would like to see these wedding skins added to the shop or even brought to the game as part of anOverwatchwedding event.
As Season 13 ofOverwatch 2won’t introduce a new hero, its Battle Pass theme will be the star of the show.
