This article contains spoilers from One Piece’s Egghead Arc.

Summary

Haki is an incredible ability that exists within everyone in the world ofOne Piece. However, only a select few individuals are able to bring it out through life-changing experiences. Haki can broadly be divided into two types, and that is Observation and Armament Haki. A third type of Haki is present only within a select few people as they are born with it.

Fans have seen Haki being used extensively in the post timeskip ofOne Piece, given that this part of the story is set in the New World. The story has focused extensively on the strongest Haki users, there are also plenty of Haki users that certainly do not live up to the standard and can be classified as bad users of this ability.

red king one piece

9Red King

A Vice Admiral of the Navy

Red King is a Vice Admiral who was recently introduced in One Piece. This Marine was shown to be quite powerful, given that he holds the rank of a Vice Admiral, and just by his rank itself, fans know that he should be a user of both Observation and Armament Haki.

Unfortunately, Red King was not a good user of Haki, as was proven during his short clash against Franky in the Egghead Arc. Essentially, Franky crushed him in battle using a Strong Right, which is disgraceful for a Vice Admiral of the Navy and shows that his Haki is not strong enough to defend himself.

boo don chinjao sai one piece

8Boo

A Member Of The Happo Navy

Boo is a member of the Happo Navy, and he hails from the Kano Kingdom. He is a user of Hasshoken, and at the same time, Haki as well.

Boo’s Haki is not strong enough. This was clear for the fans to see in the Dressrosa Arc. Whereas Sai was a master of Armament Haki, Boo could not even prevent mediocre fighters from doing damage to him. Hopefully, he has grown stronger since.

Apoo

7Apoo

A Worst Generation Pirate

Apoo is quite a skilled user of his Oto Oto no Mi. Fans know him to be incredibly resilient, but, in terms of Haki, he is nothing special. Apoo is a user of Armament and Observation Haki. Credit to him, his usage of Armament Haki is not extremely bad. At the very least, hewas able to tank one of Zoro’s sneak attacksin Onigashima, called Death Lion’s Song.

He was able to get up from it immediately, which suggests that he utilized Haki to reduce the impact. Still, his Haki is not impressive enough for him to compete with the remaining members of the Worst Generation.

Diamante One Piece

6Pica

A Top Officer Of The Donquixote Pirates

One of the Officers of the Donquixote Pirates, Pica is an atrocious user of Haki. This was clear for the fans to see in the Dressrosa Arc, especiallywhen he fought against Zoro.

During this fight, was completely overwhelmed despite using Haki to coat his entire body. What’s more, Zoro wasn’t even a great user of Haki at the time, yet, Pica was not able to withstand him in any way, implying that he was an underwhelming user of Haki.

Jesus Burgess using the Riki Riki no Mi

5Diamante

A Top Donquixote Pirates Officer

Another top Officer of the Donquixote Pirates, Diamante is known to be a user of Haki as well, which might be strange to many fans, given that he didn’t utilize this power extensively in the Dressrosa Arc. It is possible that Diamante chose to utilize invisible Haki.

Regardless, his strength with this technique was not good enough, especially because Kyros was able to defeat him without using any Haki. For any swordsman to lose like that is disgraceful and it just goes to show that his mastery of Haki was not good enough.

Bellamy the Hyena makes fun of Luffy in Jaya

4Jesus Burgess

Blackbeard’s First Ship Captain

Jesus Burgess is a powerful pirate in the New World, especially because fans know him to be the First Ship Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates.

Burgess is a good Devil Fruit user, and fans saw this in the Final Saga of One Piece. During Dressrosa, he showcased his Haki, but the fact that Sabo made quick work of him shows that his Haki usage is quite pathetic.

Tashigi from One Piece

3Bellamy

A Former Pirate

Bellamy wasa former subordinate of Doflamingo, despite not being a part of his pirate crew. He was known to be a strong pirate, and even in the New World, he made quite a name for himself.

In the Dressrosa arc, he took part in the competition in Corrida Colosseum, where he was defeated without much effort. Bellamy showcased his Haki there, but the fact that he was unable to make an impression just goes to show how average his Haki was.

2Tashigi

A Navy Captain

Tashigi is one of the weakest users of Hakithat fans have seen inOne Piece, and that is a shame, given her ambition is grand and very interesting at the same time.

She was shown utilizing Haki in the Punk Hazard Arc ofOne Piece, where she took on Law in combat. Hopefully, she has grown in terms of Haki since then.

1Eustass Kid

A 3 Billion Berries Pirate

One of the worst users of Haki that fans have seen in One Piece is none other thanthe Captain of the Kid Pirates, Eustass Kid. Despite possessing all three types of Haki, Kid has failed to make an impression with any of the types.

Kid was recently seen fighting against Shanks, and was obliterated in a single second, once again, going to highlight that his Observation Haki, Armament Haki, and of course, even Conqueror’s Haki are awful.
