Inuarashi and Nekomamushi are the two former rulers of the Mokomo Dukedom. In the past, they sailed with Roger and Whitebeard, which provided them with invaluable experience. As Minks, the two innately possess the ability to use Electro.
Both Inuarashi and Nekomamushi were strong enough to fight against Jack, who was an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates. Inurashi and Nekomamushi do not have Devil Fruits, but they do have access to the Sulong transformation. The Sulong forms bolster their attacking capabilities, making them dangerous. If theycould use Sulong at any time, it would have been a massive advantage, which is why Oda had put a restriction. Hence, the Minks can only transform during a full moon.
5Kozuki Oden
The Daimyo Of Kuri
Kozuki Oden was the Daimyo of Kuri and next in line to become the Shogun of Wano. However, Oden had no interest in ruling. All he wanted was freedom and to sail the open waters. Oden traveled with the Whitebeard Pirates and the Roger Pirates.
During his adventures, Oden fought against many notable characters, which enhanced his skills. When Odenreturned to Wano, he was able to wound Kaido without any problems. The latter would have died if Oden had not been distracted by a Kurozumi clan member. Since Oden met his end quote early, there is no telling how much stronger he would have become had he survived.
4Ryuma
The Sword God
Ryuma was born in Wanomany years prior to the current timeline. He was the greatest swordsman of his time, and his skill was unparalleled. Ultimately, he was given the title of Sword God, which shows how superior he was to the competition of his time. Ryuma has many accomplishments to his name, the biggest one being the decapitation of a massive dragon.
Ryuma didn’t need multiple strikes to beat the monster. All it took was one clean cut to behead the dragon. Ryuma was also known as the protector of Wano, as he defended the country from pirates, Marines, and any other external forces. As a result, he was considered a hero, and his beloved Shusui was classified as a national treasure of Wano.
3Shirahoshi
She Is One Of The Ancient Weapons
Shirahoshi is the daughter of King Neptune and Queen Otohime. The giant mermaid princess was born on Fishman Island, which falls on the cusp of the New World. Her gigantic size might make people think that she’s dangerous and menacing. However, she is the complete opposite. Shirahoshi is a kind individual, and she does not take undue advantage of her status and power.
While her size is enough to scare most people, what truly makes her frightening is her innate ability to control the Sea Kings. Shirahoshi is Poseidon, one of the three Ancient Weapons, which is why she has the power to order Sea Kings. She has yet to master it completely, but she will indubitably do it in the future. When she does, Shirahoshi will become arguably the most dangerous character in One Piece.
2Blackbeard
Captain Of The Blackbeard Pirates
Blackbeard was born on an unnamed winter island, which was likely situated somewhere in the New World. He was found in a sorry state by Whitebeard, and, feeling bad for him, he decided to bring him aboard. Blackbeard sailed with the Whitebeard Pirates well into adulthood. He waited for the right moment to leave the crew, and it came when Thatch found the Yami Yami no Mi.
Blackbeard wanted the Devil Fruit over anything, which is why he murdered Thatch and left.Blackbeard devoured the Yami Yami no Miand, in the Marineford arc, gained the Gura Gura no Mi. With the two powers at his disposal, Blackbeard rose to the rank of Yonko and was officially recognized as one of the strongest characters in the world.
1Whitebeard
The Strongest Man In The World
Whitebeard was the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates. He formed the crew after the defeat of the Rocks Pirates in God Valley. Whitebeard was born on Sphinx Island, which is situated somewhere in the New World. The people of Sphinx Island lived a horrid life, which is why Whitebeard was always ready for any problem.
Whitebeard grew up to become one of the greatest pirates in the history of the world. At some point, heate the Gura Gura no Mi, a Devil Fruit said to have enough power to destroy the world. He gave the audience a glimpse of his power in the Marineford arc, where he nearly sunk the Marine HQ. Not only did he master his Devil Fruit, but he exercised great control over Haki.
