Summary

One Piecehas some of the most fashionable and best-looking characters in anime and manga. This is not only true for the main cast of characters, the Straw Hat Pirates, but it also applies to some of their most trusted allies, like the captain of the Heart Pirates,Trafalgar D. Water Law.

Law’s sense of fashion is quite different from otherOne Piececharacters since he mostly wears two specific colors (black and yellow) and wears an accessory that he almost never takes off; his iconic white fur hat. However, he still managed to use these elements to his advantage in order to wear a vast collection of different outfits, and the following eight are some of his best ones so far.

He’s Ready For Uta’s Concert! (But He Has To Chaperon Bepo)

The most recentOne Piecemovie features a bunch of unexpected character cameos, with Trafalgar Law being one of the most notorious ones. He traveled to Elegia and attendedUta’s concert, not because he enjoyed her music, but in order to chaperone his good friend Bepo.

Despite his reluctance to actually attend the show, he is still wearing the perfect casual attire for such a fun occasion. The shorts seem comfortable and the open yellow shirt with red spots looks absolutely perfect on him. It is not common for Law to wear bright clothing, but he definitely managed to pull off this look anyway.

The Heavy Metal Look Fits Him Perfectly

With his edgy personality and eccentric design, Law always looked like the stereotypical fan of the Heavy Metal genre. At the end ofOne Piece Film: Red, fans finally got a glimpse of how he would look in Heavy Metal attire. And, to no one’s surprise, it fits him perfectly.

When Law and the rest of the main characters got ready to fight Tot Musica inside the Uta World, they got brand-new outfits. Law definitely has one of the most interesting ones, as it mixes some of his usual design elements (like the fluffy fur collar or the combination of black and yellow) with some unique and new ones that make him look quite tough, like the black leather jacket and the knee-high boots.

6Dressrosa Outfit

Taking Revenge While Wearing An Elegant Open Coat

There’s no denying that theDressrosa Arcis Law’s most important story arcsince this is when he gets the chance to face his arch-enemy, Donquixote Doflamingo, and finally avenge his deceased mentor, Corazon. He obviously needed to wear something memorable during this narrative, and Eiichiro Oda delivered on that front.

This outfit is especially notorious due to the fact that Law is wearing an open black coat, which not only showcases his physique but also the heart tattoo on his chest. This was most likely intentional, seeing as this arc was mostly about his connection with Corazon. But that’s not all, because the coat looks great in and of itself, especially because it has a hood that can go over his fur hat. It’s an elegant piece of clothing that has somewhat helped Law go incognito while in enemy territory.

5Original Outfit

So Simple And Yet, So Effective

Law’s personality was completely differentbefore the timeskip, as he used to be more relaxed and calculating, instead of being more anxious and serious like he is nowadays. And this difference in attitude was perfectly reflected in the outfit he was wearingwhen he was first introduced, back in the Sabaody Archipelago arc.

His yellow hoodie with black sleeves looks absolutely amazing, and it’s something that mostOne Piecefans wish they could buy in real life. But the most interesting part about Law’s original outfit was his iconic fur hat, which had a different design with a peculiar fur rim. It was later confirmed that this was the hat he wore when he was a kid and, while the new version of his hat definitely looks cooler, the old one had a certain unique charm to it that made him stand out.

4Punk Hazard Outfit

A Mysterious Outfit For A Mysterious Character

When Trafalgar Law was re-introduced after the timeskip during thePunk Hazard Arc, his sudden change in attitude made it seemlike he was going to be one of the antagonists of the arc. So, he wore a brand-new outfit that both fit his new role and protected him from the low temperatures of the Ice Lands.

This long black coat with yellow imprints of his Jolly Roger is incredibly iconic, and it really makes him look powerful and intimidating at the same time. Of course, later it would be revealed that Law was actually working with Caesar Clown in order to take down Doflamingo from the inside, but none of this made his outfit look any less cool. If anything, this heroic revelation greatly improved his new design.

3Raid On Onigashima Outfit

Successfully Following One Piece’s Most Iconic Fashion Trend

The climacticRaid on Onigashimaof the Wano Country Arc was shaping up to be one of Law’s biggest moments, as he would finally get his chance to take down both Big Mom and Kaido. So, like his allies Monkey D. Luffy and Eustass Kid, he chose to wear one of his best outfits for this momentous occasion.

He wore a slick new yellow shirt that, as expected, looked amazing on him. But what ties this entire outfit together is his new blue coat with a fur collar that he actually wears like a cape. InOne Piece, characters that use coats as capes are always some of the most powerful and intimidating figures in the world, and this definitely worked efficiently in Law. After all, this was the outfit that he was wearingwhen he fought Kaido and when he and Kid defeated Big Mom.

2Zou Outfit

A Much-Needed Vacation For The Surgeon Of Death

After all the overwhelming stress of taking down Doflamingo during the Dressrosa Arc, Law needed a brief vacation, something that he got the chance to do during theZou Arc. As a result, he wore a specific outfit on the home island of the Minks that was extremely simple and yet still managed to become one of his best looks.

The only different piece of clothing in this outfit is the dark shirt with a yellow heart logo on its side. However, that’s all he really needed, because it actually looks amazing on him and really makes it seem like he’s a tad more relaxed after achieving his lifelong mission. Not to mention that this is the outfit he chose to wear when he reunited with his crew, which makes it even more special.

1Wano Country Outfit

Blending In By Wearing One Of The Most Complex And Unique Outfits In The Series

Trafalgar D. Water Law always looked like a samurai or a ronin, since he has a subdued personality and he’s always carrying around a big sword. He finally got the opportunityto actually look like a classic samurai when he arrived in the country ofWano, where he was supposed to blend in for a few weeks.

But he may have overdone it because he ended up wearing one of the most detailed and memorable outfits in all ofOne Piece. Eiichiro Oda was definitely showcasing his talent with this one. The black and white yukata was already enough to make Law look hard-boiled, but the brown and yellow coat - known as jittoku - is what cemented this legendary outfit as his best one yet. Thanks to all this, Law managed to look stunning during the first act of the Wano Country Arc, even when he was imprisoned and tortured by Hawkins.
