As part of theMonster Hunter Now1st Anniversary, there are some exclusive timed-quests available for you to complete. These are challenges that range from hunting alongside other people in Group Hunts, gathering items, and even some requests to slay the new monsters appearing in the new season.
You’ll need to get lucky with some of theMonster Hunter Nowmonster respawns, but if you do, you’ll get your hands on some hard-to-find resources that you may craft into some of the best new weapons in the game. Here, we’ll explain how long the event lasts for, all the bonuses that come with it, and all the steps you need to complete to finish all the quests in time.
Monster Hunter Now 1st Anniversary Event Start and End Time
The Monster Hunter Now 1st Anniversary Event beganonSeptember 12 at 12 AM UTC(5 PM Pacific, 8 PM Eastern)and will last untilSeptember 22 at 3 PM UTC (8 AM Pacific, 11 AM Eastern). During this event,tougher monsters such as Magnamalo, who would otherwise be available at the end of the Season 3 Story Quest, will appear in the wild. Other monsters, such as Pink Rathian, Azure Rathalos, Black Diablos, and Coral Pukei-Pukei, will appear in the wild, and you’ll also be able to use the Monster Tracker to give you guaranteed encounters with them for the first time.
Finally, the Limited-Time quests happening during the event reward you with, among other items, an exclusive hunter medal to mark the first anniversary. These quests have also been changed since launch in that any quests that require you to take AR Photos of monsters are now no longer there. Below are all the quests you need to complete and the rewards:
