Enabling cheats is fairly simple, but it’s also very easy to miss. It can let players toggle a variety of settings to make the game as easy as they want it to be, perfect for learning how to setup power lines withCoal Generators inSatisfactoryor other more complicated procedures down the line. Here’s how to activate this feature.
How To Turn On Cheats In Satisfactory
Toggling cheats is donebefore starting a new save file on the main menu. To do this, click onNew Game, then select theAdvanced Game Settingsbutton at the bottom of the screen. A warning will pop saying that this is a one-way action, which means cheats cannot be disabled once the save has gone live. Achievements will not be available when Advanced Game Settings are turned on, andall players on theSatisfactoryservercan use those advanced settings as well.
To access these settings in-game,hit the pause menu with the ESC key, then look for theAdvanced Game Settings options. You can toggle any of the options there at any time with no restrictions.
Advanced Game Options
The toggles and functions under the Advanced Game Settings tab basically enable Creative Mode inSatisfactory. From here, you can turn on God Mode, turn off Build Costs, disable the need for power, enable Flight Mode, and more.
How To Spawn Items
You can directly add building materials, resources, anditems likeSatisfactory’sJetpackto your inventory by going to the Gameplay tab in Advanced Game Settings and clicking on theSelect Items To Givebutton. This opens up a list of all items that can be put in the player’s inventory. You can manually adjust the amount of items you get by clicking on the number box, or you can get a full stack of items by ticking the box on the bottom of the menu.
How To Unlock All Research
Ticking all the boxes under the Progression tab will make all crafting recipes available right from the get-go. If you want additional crafting recipes for base building, ensure to tick the box for the AWESOME Shop. This will give you access to building pieces like pipe and conveyor holes for walls and floor pieces.
