How to Set a Single Player Game in Ara: History Untold

A single continent with multiple inland seas. Temperate climate and resource nodes.
The Torus
A single continent which wraps around the globe. Or, a single landmass with two large inland oceans.
Tropical
A moderately sized continent surrounded by ocean and a few islands with no colder regions. Food is more plentiful.
Heatwave
A continents map with much less rainfall. Food is reduced everywhere and deserts are larger.
The default Map Type option is to generate a new map. However, gamers can select a Preset Map if they want a experience on a certain type of terrain or environment.
Nation Settings
In the Nation Settings menu, players will have to choose the number of Nations that will spawn on the game map. Gamers can create games with a minimum of 2 Nations and a maximum of 10.
On top of this, they can also customize who these Nations will be before the game starts and the AI difficulty of each Nation.
Turn Limit
Players can set a turn limit inAra: History Untoldso that if a player hasn’t obtained a victory by then, the game will end automatically once it reaches a certain number of turns.
Human Player Culling
If this option is enabled, human players can be culled if at the bottom when an act transition occurs.
This option determines the availability of ore-based resources.

Basic Settings - Map Generation Options
In the Basic Settings section, gamers will have to choose Game Difficulty and Map Type just like a regular single player game. However, if they decide to generate a new map, there are several other options that must be take into account:
On top of having to decide how many Nations will be playing, the host will also have to choose the number of human players.
There can be a maximum of 10 Nations and 10 Human Players. Although the host can freely reduce the number of human players, they can never have a lower number of players compared to AI.
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings in multiplayer are exactly the same as those available in single player games.
