From the moment Kay Vess begins to explore, notices will begin to pop up telling you there’s treasure to be found in the area. In certain cases, like the treasure found onTyphon’s Rock on Toshara,not all of it can be collected at once. TheFlyers' Nest Treasureforces Kay to return when she has a specific tool. This guide will show players how to get the so-called Flyers' Nest treasure onTyphon’s RockandFlyer RidgeinStar Wars Outlaws.
How to Get the Flyers' Nest Treasure at Typhon’s Rock
Flyers' Nest Explained:
InStar Wars Outlaws,theFlyers' Nest treasuredoesn’t refer to the specific name of the treasure location, but instead refers to a hint provided in a treasure intel. TheFlyers' Nest' treasure is found collectively at Typhon’s Rockon Toshara.
Where to Find Typhon’s Rock
Typhon’s Rockis the name given to the large rock feature found east ofJaunta’s Hope. It is seen clearly on the map, with the pointy tip facing northeast. There aremultipleIntel Chainsthat lead to the treasure at Typhone’s Rock, but you do not need to have them in your Journal to locate the treasure. There are two distinct treasure locations that could be considered part of the ‘Flyers’ Nest' treasure, which are:
Flyer Ridgewill require Kay to have the means todestroy rocks inStar Wars Outlaws.This will require the Power Module for the blaster, which Kay will receive shortly after leaving Toshara for the first time.
How to Get the Typhon’s Rock Treasure in Star Wars Outlaws
TheTyphon’s Rock treasurecan be found at any point inStar Wars Outlaws.To reach the location, Kay will want to head towards Typhon’s Rock from the north. There is a small trail that leads to the desired location from Chrissanta Palus, the special smuggler whose camp is just north of the rock.
Follow the small path south, and you’ll find a small ledge followed by a climbable wall. At the top of the wall you’ll see a small corridor with a vine going across. Head under the vine and through the tunnel. In the distance, you’ll see two large rocks with a gap between them. Climb the closest rock, then jump over the gap. At the end, you’ll see a grapple point that leads Kay down to a lower ledge. TheTyphon’s Rock treasureis found at the bottom.
How to Get the Flyer Ridge Treasure in Star Wars Outlaws
Once Kay has the Power Module for her blaster, she can return to Typhon’s Rock to claim theFlyer Ridge treasure. To reach this location, head to the rocks with the grapple point that leads to the Typhon’s Rock treasure. If you turn and look northwest, you’ll see the entrance to a windy tunnel. Approach the tunnel and look inside from a distance.
Outside the tunnel, you’ll see that the wind blows intermittently, and that there are rock walls that line the path that Kay can hide behind. Wait for the wind to stop, then run and crouch behind the first rock wall. Then do the same with the second wall. Finally, run and drop into the crevice in the center of the tunnel. Once you drop in, you’ll see a grapple point that leads lower into the rock. This is where you will encounter the firstdestroyable rock wall.Shoot it with the Power Module and follow the path intoFlyer Ridge.
Flyer Ridge Puzzle:
Down in the depths ofFlyer Ridge, Kay will encounter a relatively simple environmental puzzle before the treasure. Kay will encounter a generator blocked by arock.Nearby there will be an elevator that Kay must stand on when she shoots the generator. However, there are manyrocksin her line of sight. Simply use the Power Module to clear the rocks, then stand on the elevator and have Nix raise the generator shutter. This will allow Kay to raise the elevator when she shoots the generator. Both treasure chests will then become available. There is a clear exit through a red energy barrier that leads back outside, with Kay carrying two more ofStar Wars Outlaws’charms.
