Unlike some of the otherExpert upgrades Kay can acquire, such as theSmoke Bomb, getting your hands on the key component to the Outlaw’s Pouch won’t require you to infiltrate a base, complete any puzzles, or traverse tough terrain. In saying that, it may require you to go on somewhat of a wild good chase across the four main systems in the game.

To get Elastic Durafiber Fabric, players will need to purchase it from the traveling merchant, Shuma. While this sounds quite simple in theory, the difficulty lies in working out where the merchant has set up their shop.
