Where to Find Birthday Medallions in Fortnite
To get a Birthday Medallion inFortnite, gamers will have to obtain a Birthday Present and loot it. Birthday Presents are Legendary-Rarity items, which can be found as floor loot, inside containers, or supply drops.
Unfortunately, it’s purely up to RNG, but once gamers have found a Birthday Present, they can get the items inside by throwing it on the ground and opening one of its sides to get in.
How to Equip and Unequip Balloons in Fortnite
Once players have obtained the Birthday Medallion, they’ll automatically gain Balloons over time - there is no way to manually equip them. To remove Balloons inFortnite, gamers will have to jump while at least one Balloon is attached to their back and then press the “release a Balloon” button that will appear on the screen.
