The Legend title is one of the few ways Bungie is celebratingDestiny 2’s10th anniversary with. Like all titles, it’s got a list of Triumphs for players to complete. One of the more frustrating challenges here is Accidental Generosity, which asks players to defeat enemies and collect a certain number of engrams within the Cosmodrome’s Skywatch region.
Collecting engrams normally isn’t a big deal, but farming for them in Skywatch can be a tedious process. Players who want tocollect all the titles inDestiny 2will need to finish Accidental Generosity, and if you’re wondering how to get it done quickly, here’s a neat trick you can do.
Destiny 2 Accidental Generosity - Skywatch Engram Farm
The best way to farm Engrams for the Accidental Generosity Triumph is torepeatedly defeat the respawning Ogre near the area’s regional chest. You can find this hidden enemy by fast traveling to Skywatch and heading tothe area with the wrecked cars and helicopters. It’s just in front and slightly to the left of players as they load into the area.
Once you reach the old helicopters, you canjump over the rails and onto the platform below. There will be a hole in the wall that leads to the Ogre’s spawn point. Hit the Ogre with everything you’ve got for a chance of getting a shiny engram for your Triumph progress. Accidental Generosity is required if players want toget the Legend title inDestiny 2.
How To Farm The Skywatch Ogre
Players will be able to fight the Ogre guarding the regional chest again byentering a new instance of Skywatch. This can be done byteleporting back to the Skywatch fast travel point. However, players won’t always be sent to a different instance when they fast travel, so make sure to take note of what’s going on around the area to see if you’re really in a different instance.
To maximize the number of engrams you get while farming in Skywatch, it may be best to also complete any ongoing Public Events in the area. The odds of getting an engram from them increases if players manage to complete the Heroic versions of Public Events, so make sure to double-check what the requirements are before finishing an event off.
Unfortunately, farming either fake or real engrams inDestiny 2’sGrasp of Avarice dungeonwill not contribute to the Accidental Generosity Triumph’s progress.
Until When Can You Complete The Legend Title Triumphs?
According toa post by Bungie, players can attempt to get the Legend title up until the release of Codename: Apollo,Destiny 2’sfirst expansion after the end of the Light and Dark saga in 2025. On that same post, the developers acknowledged that farming engrams in Skywatch is too tedious, and they’ve confirmed that engram drop rates will be increased.
