Honkai: Star Railhas officially revealed the complete kit details for one of its upcoming five-star characters, Feixiao. ThisHonkai: Star Railcharacter is currently an NPC who has already appeared in the official storyline, introduced as one of the Seven Arbiter Generals.
Honkai: Star Rail’s recent Special Program confirmed that Feixiao will be released in the upcoming Version 5.1, which will also feature the new Abundance user Lingsha. The livestream also revealed that Feixiao will be part of the first banner phase, which should arrive around September 10.
As Feixiao’s release date approaches, HoYoverse has provided muchmore informationabout her kit. The character description claims that Feixiao will be apowerful DPS unit inHonkai: Star Railwho can unleash Ultimates via the Flying Aureus stacks. Feixiao’s Technique allows her to enter the Onrush state, which lasts for a few seconds. While in this state, Feixiao will pull enemies, increase her SPD stat, and receive a point of Flying Aureus after entering the battle phase. Actively attacking during this state will deal Wind damage to all enemies at the start of the battle. Feixiao’s basic attack is fairly simple, as it deals Wind damage to a single target. Feixiao’s Skill, Waraxe, deals Wind damage to a designated enemy and triggers her Talent follow-up attack once.

Feixiao’s Ultimate, Terrasplit, will makeHonkai: Star Rail’s upcoming Wind userdeal single-target Wind damage, reducing the enemy’s Toughness regardless of its Weakness Type. If the Weakness Broken effect is not applied, Feixiao’s Break efficiency will increase. The Ultimate has two attacks, Boltsunder Blitz and Waraxe Skyward. Both of these attacks have the same effect, dealing Wind damage to a selected target. If the enemy is not Weakness Broken, the damage multiplier will increase.
Feixiao’s Talent allows this newfive-starHonkai: Star Railcharacterto use her Ultimate when she reaches a certain number of Flying Aureus stacks. Feixiao gains one stack for every two attacks used by her teammates. After an ally attacks an enemy target, Feixiao will launch a follow-up attack against the primary target. This effect can only be used once per turn.
Many fans agree that Feixiao will be one of the best DPS units inHonkai: Star Rail. Some have started comparing her to the popular Nihility DPS, Acheron, as both of their kits revolve around their unique Ultimate mechanics. Feixiao will have great synergy with Robin, which is good news considering that the Phase 1 banner forHonkai: Star RailVersion 2.5will feature the five-star Harmony support.
