This trend is now continuing with an unprecedented sale that saw Deep Silver slash the game’s price on Steam, Xbox Store, and the Nintendo eShop. The PC and Xbox versions of the RPG received the most generous discounts, with both of their price tags being slashed by 90%. Both are hence currently available for just $2.99, which is half of the game’s previous lowest-ever price on these storefronts.Steam usershave until Thursday, September 5, to take advantage of the recently launched deal. As for the Switch version ofKingdom Come: Deliverance, it is currently available at 40% off, or $29.99. While that may seem like a lot less attractive of an offer compared to the other two, it still brought the RPG down to its lowest-ever price on the eShop. A 40% discount is also a decent deal for a game that’s technically less than half a year old, asKingdom Come: Deliveranceonly reached the Switchin mid-March 2024, six years following its original release on PC and non-Nintendo consoles. Since then, this version of the game has only received a single 10% discount back in July. Owners of Nintendo’s hybrid console can take advantage of thisKingdom Come: Deliverancedeal until Wednesday, September 4.
These newly debuted deals offer an excellent opportunity to get up to speed with the series' story and hence prepare for therelease ofKingdom Come: Deliverance 2without breaking the bank. The much-anticipated sequel to the hit RPG is scheduled to hit the market on July 18, 2025.
While it launched in a somewhat rough state that required a lot of post-release bug fixing,Kingdom Come: Deliverancehas received widespread praise for its immersive gameplay, vast open world, and compelling story, among other qualities. As of February 2024, the game surpassed 6 million lifetime sales across all platforms, as previously revealed by Warhorse Studios.
