Summary

A cleverHalo Infiniteplayer online has creatively transformed their multiplayer Spartan into an enemy type seen inBorderlands: The Pre-Sequel. ThisHalo Infinitecreation looks just like itsBorderlandscounterpart, and it’s surprising that players can even make it look so accurate within the game’s restrictions.

SinceHalo Infinitelaunched in late 2021, 343 Industries has continued adding more armor customization options to the game. While many prefer the limited options found in olderHalogames, there’s no doubt about the versatility players have nowadays. As a result, many players choose to transform their Spartan into characters from other games, and it’s interesting to see what the community can come up with. Earlier this year, this sameHalo Infiniteplayer turned their Spartan into a soldier fromHaze, the PlayStation 3 title once dubbed a “Halokiller.”

Redditor Slaughtergunner shared their epicHalo Infinitecustomization, with their Spartan transformed into a Lost Legion Marine, as seen inBorderlands: The Pre-Sequel. They’re a pretty common enemy type in that game, so anyone who has played it should instantly recognize what Slaughtergunner has gone for here. Slaughtergunner has even included a picture of the character straight from its original game, and it’s spot on, with the exception ofBorderlands' iconic cel-shading art style, which obviously isn’t possible inHalo Infinite.

Halo Infinite Player Turns Their Spartan Into Borderlands Lost Legion Marine

Unfortunately, on this occasion, Slaughtergunner didn’t share all the individualHalo Infinitearmor piecesthey used to bring the Lost Legion Marine to life. A few of them have been revealed, though. The helmet is called Emil, while the visor is called Spirit. Lastly, the armor coating is Darkened Trove, but hopefully the user shares the rest of the pieces in the comments at some point.

It’s impressive just how farHalo Infinitehas come since its launch. Back in 2021, the game was released without many key features considered to be series staples, the biggest of which was Forge mode. Credit to 343 Industries, though - the studio has worked in the years since to getHalo Infinitein the best state possible, rather than simply moving on to the next project. To this day,Halo Infinitecontinues to receive substantial updates, and it’ll be interesting to see how long this continues. There’s currently no concrete word on a new mainlineHalotitle, and while there are always whispers and rumors, it seems thatHalo Infiniteremains the priority for the studio for the foreseeable future.
