However, Jin doesn’t bow to all the dead, and they must be slain by Mongols, ronins, or bandits for the hidden dialogue to take effect.
One comment in the thread said that if Jin bows to respect Buddha statues, players can get swarmed by various wildlife, while others have stated that if Jin bows to Tenzo at the end of Iki island in response to his bow, he too produces hidden dialogue.
