There are many courier services inGenshin ImpactTeyvat. For example, players may know that the Inazuma youkai,Kirara, is a"Gold Level Courier" of the Komaniya Express. This courier service is a famous company that has already expanded its services beyond the Land of Thunder.
Similarly, players can find Courier’s Longhouse in Natlan. Considering the people of Natlan can’t freely leave the Nation of War, it’s understandable that this delivery service is not known beyond the borders of Natlan. Despite its limited area of service, though, there seem to be a lot of mishaps happening still. For example,while exploring the Land of Pyro, players may come across some lost or damaged packages and letters. Thankfully, the item is intact enough to be returned to their respective senders. Bringing back these damaged packages and letters will reward players withThe Packages Returned achievement inGenshin Impact.
Damaged Packages & Letters Locations In Genshin Impact Natlan
There are four lost and damaged packages and letters in Natlan. Here’s how players can find them all.
Damaged Package Location
Go to the Teleport Waypoint near where players can trigger Tisoc’sRipe for Trouble quest inGenshin Impact. On the ground by the river is aDamaged Package.
Slightly Squashed Package Location
Use the Waypoint on the far east of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, then walk west to find aSlightly Squashed Packagebetween some wooden fence.
Damaged Letter Location
Teleport to Scions of the Canopy Statue of the Seven inGenshin Impact, then walk north to the water. There’s aDamaged Letteron a rock by the river.
Torn Letter Location
Head to theObsidian CodexArtifact domain and go east to get aTorn Letternear some alpacas. If players haven’t yet, they can also follow the path southwest of the domain to reach an underground passage. There, collecting twoKey to Somewhere inGenshin Impactallows players to face a difficult enemy, a Local Legend of Natlan.
Optional Step: Michica Location In Genshin Impact
This step is optional, but players can go to Michica to get info about whom each package belonged to. The courier managercan be found in the Scions of the Canopy tribe area.
The Packages Returned Achievement In Genshin Impact
To get The Packages Returned achievement inGenshin Impact, players must bring back all four packages and letters to the original sender. It doesn’t matter if players reported the items to Michica first or not.
Imix Location In Genshin Impact - Slightly Squashed Package
Imix is the jeweler apprenticefound in the Children of Echoes area inGenshin Impact. Give her the Slightly Squashed Package in return for three Iron Chunk.
Acat Location In Genshin Impact - Damaged Package
Go to the northern “underground” Waypoint of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, then keep walking west until you find Acat. Give her the Damaged Package, and she’ll reward you with threeCandlecap Mushroom.
Chanca Location In Genshin Impact - Damaged Letter
From Acat’s location, keep walking forward (west) and go down the stairs. Chanca should be right by the stairway. She’ll treat you with two Milk for giving her the Damaged Letter.
Tirda Location In Genshin Impact - Torn Letter
Finally, go to the People of the Springs area and reach Tirda to inform her about the Torn Letter. She’ll give you threeEmbercore Flowers inGenshin Impactfor your help.
