Summary

AFallout 4player online has made an awesome Nuka-Cola Quantum swimming pool, using approximately 1,000 bottles in their creation so far. Nuka-Cola Quantum is one of the most iconic items inFallout 4, with its luminous blue color instantly recognizable, although this creation gives it a new purpose.

Fallout 4’s dynamic sandbox is one of the game’s strongest elements. Bethesda has created a world not just in which it feels anything can happen at any time, but it also feels like players can do just about anything they can imagine. Considering it was initially released back in 2015, it’s impressive how it continues to generate new experiences for gamers almost a decade later. There was even oneFallout 4player who built a donut shop in Sanctuary, showing how important the settlement-building mechanics are to the game.

Redditor XZofferl shared their epic Nuka-Cola Quantum pool with theFallout 4community online, who loved the creation. Apparently, around 1,000Fallout 4Nuka-Colabottles have been used so far, and they’re not done yet, with the pool barely full at the moment. XZofferl predicts they’ll need “at least 10 times more” to finish it, with many gamers in the thread questioning howFallout 4’s physics engine would handle such a strain. It would definitely be interesting to see - Bethesda games are generally known to struggle when loading into areas with too many loose props like this. It would be equally interesting to see them jump into the swimming pool.

Nuka-Cola Quantum Swimming Pool in Fallout 4

Incredibly, they seem to be building their Nuka-Cola Quantum pool completely legitimately, without using anyFallout 4console commands. That would certainly speed up the entire process of this build from potentially weeks to just seconds, but it’s commendable to see them attempting the challenge this way. Hopefully, XZofferl shares an update when they’ve managed to fill the Nuka-Cola Quantum pool all the way to the top.

It has been almost nine years since the release ofFallout 4, and there is no sign of a new single-player game in the series any time soon. While it was revealed earlier this year thatBethesda wants to release games at a quicker rate, the development ofThe Elder Scrolls 6and post-launch support forStarfieldmeans any newFalloutgame is likely still many years away. Nothing is guaranteed, of course, but that seems to be the most likely scenario at this point in time.
