A dedicatedFallout 3fan has produced a stunning LEGO replica of the Enclave Vertibird. Releasing in 2008,Fallout 3marked a change in direction for the post-apocalyptic franchise and, thanks to its open-world setting and flexible storytelling, it remains a favorite among fans today.
There hasn’t been a mainline entry in the Fallout series since 2015 whenFallout 4was unleashed on PS4 and Xbox One. However, thanks to the recent TV show on Amazon Prime, and aFalloutxFortnitecrossoverwith Epic, Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic franchise has undergone a resurgence in popularity. Now, one dedicated fan has taken inspiration from one ofFallout 3’s standout vehicles and given it an interesting makeover in brick form.
TheFalloutfan posted their LEGO build of an Enclave Vertibird fromFallout 3. The post shows several photos of the bulky aircraft, with the trademark moveable propellers and domed gun turrets protruding from the front. Although the LEGO Vertibird is currently a work in progress, the replies to the post have largely been positive.

Most of the comments under the post compliment the accuracy of the carrier, with people already requesting guides on how to replicate the aircraft fromFallout’s menacing Enclave factionat home. The original poster has confirmed that when the interior of the Vertibird is complete, they will look to make an instruction manual and possibly submit theFallout 3vehicle to LEGO for consideration to turn it into an official set.
While it may be a pipedream to see a tangible LEGOFalloutcollaboration like the fan-made Vertibird, it is not out of the realm of possibility. The Danish brickmakers have been crossing over with more and more video game franchises, and recently fans were excited to get their hands on theLEGO Deku Tree set based onThe Legend of Zeldafranchise. With series likeSuper Mario,Sonic the Hedgehog,andMinecraftall receiving the LEGO treatment, it remains to be seen which game franchise will be next to get an official set.
As fans continue to show their love for theFalloutfranchise, Bethesda is working onStarfieldDLC andElder Scrolls 6,so it could be a while before players return to the wastelands. However,a second season of theFalloutTV series is currently in the worksat Amazon Prime, and while no release date has been given, the producers have been vocal about how they will strive to preserve the show’s quality.
