Regarding fresh properties,Dandadan,Dragon Ball DAIMA,Ranma 1/2,365 Days to the Wedding,Blue Box, andYou Are Ms. Servantare good or great, and that is barely a sliver of the quarter’s roster of new anime.
Nowadays, every simulcast seasonal lineup is split across various streaming services, with Crunchyroll, HIDIVE, Hulu, and Netflix all having a piece of the pie. While usually limited to one or two shows, even Max and Amazon Prime Video occasionally have some exclusives. Theanime Fall 2024 lineupis no exception, with its shows being spread across the usual platforms in North America. A few anime have also not received Western releases. As keeping track of everything can be frustrating, here is a run-down of which Fall 2024 anime will air on Crunchyroll, HIDIVE, and a few other services.

Every series that had plans to stream on Western platforms has been airing episodes for multiple weeks, and there are basically no major names that have remained exclusive to Japan. The information has been updated to reflect the current landscape. While unlikely, if anything changes, this article will be updated again.
The following data is accurate as of June 27, 2025, and focuses on North America. The data will be updated as more announcements are made.
Crunchyroll Fall 2024 Anime Lineup
Dragon Ball, Re:Zero, Dandadan, Blue Lock, Arifureta, & More
When it comes to massive sequels, Crunchyroll has most of Fall 2024’s offerings.Re:Zero,Rurouni Kenshin,Shangri-La Frontier,Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online,Natsume’s Book of Friends,MF Ghost,Demon Lord, Retry!,Blue Lock,As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World,Arifureta, andSeirei Gensouki: Spirit Chroniclesare all part of the lineup.Dragon Ball DAIMAis also airing on Crunchyroll, and it is shaping up to be a worthwhile addition to the franchise.
Ultimately, interested parties who are only interested in one subscription should probably go for Crunchyroll as it offers by far the widest and most complete selection of shows. The lineup has comedies, romances, action fests, sci-fi epics, historical dramas, and everything in between (not horror, though). That said, they should still check out all the other lineups in case there are certain exclusives they want to prioritize.

Alongside its Fall 2024 lineup,Crunchyroll has announced which anime will be receiving dubs. The following selection highlights four languages that will be covered throughout the season; that said, this range is not exhaustive and other dubs could be produced.
HIDIVE Fall 2024 Anime Lineup
DanMachi, Loner Life in Another World, & More
Although never coming close to challenging Crunchyroll’s quantity, HIDIVE tends to offer niche quality. As such, the service primarily works as an alternative rather than direct competition, one that offers a small but usually respectable selection of simulcast shows.HIDIVE’s Fall 2024 anime lineupis nothing too special, but it is decent.DanMachiseason 5is the pick of the bunch, largely thanks to the quality of its immediate predecessor. All the seasons are available on HIDIVE too, so newcomers can just watch the entire series. While uneven at times,DanMachiis rarely anything less than “decent.”
One of the few Summer 2024 leftovers,2.5 Dimensional Seductionhas continued to air episodes until the end of the year.Loner Life in Another Worldis a polarizing isekai comedy featuring a protagonist who rarely stops talking; however, the anime has produced a couple of solid jokes so far.How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixermight surprise some people and is an easy recommendation for anyone craving romance, comedy, or even slice of life content. The anime revolves around three couples, although they are still forming at this point.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2
Every season, Netflix tends to have a few anime exclusives, and Fall 2024 is not an exception. In fact, this lineup might be the subscription service’s most impressive yet, offering seven shows that cover a wide gamut of genres. Except forDandadan, which is spread across multiple platforms, Netflix’s Fall 2024 series are all exclusives.
BeastarsandThe Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypseare returning for new seasons, and they both have the potential to be very good. The former is coming off a rather polarizing entry, but there is hope the final season might be able to bring everything together.Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeancecould prove to be Fall 2024’s most divisive anime, and that purely comes down to its animation. The miniseries was created using Unreal Engine 5, a first for the mecha franchise.
Blue Box,Ranma ½, andOrb: On the Movements of the Earthround up Netflix’s lineup, and these are surprising exclusives since they are normal weekly releases. All three have gotten off to fantastic starts, delivering great animation and storytelling.Blue Boxblends romance and sports well, all the while featuring a main duo who have instant chemistry.Ranma ½is a timeless classic in any form, and the new series looks great and captures the magic of the manga (at least, up to this point).Orb: On the Movements of the Earthis a historical drama with sci-fi elements and great visuals courtesy of Madhouse.
Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Max, & YouTube Fall 2024 Anime Lineup
Uzumaki, Bleach, & More
Streaming services like Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Max might not put all their eggs in the anime basket, but they have turned seasonal exclusives into something of a habit. TheFall 2024 anime lineupis no exception. Amazon Prime Video’sMagilumiere Magical Girls Inc.is a funny twist on the magical girl formula. The service also hasHaigakuraandTonbo! Season 2, and all three shows combine to create a niche but respectable lineup. The latter is a particularly decent golf anime with a fun protagonist and setting.
Hulu has two massive shows,BleachandDandadan, although the latter is also on Netflix and Crunchyroll. In terms of pure action,Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Conflictis comfortably among Fall 2024’s best shows.Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest Season 3is also available on Hulu, satisfying the service’s isekai quota with one of the more highly-anticipated sequels. While not necessarily flawless,Arifuretahas been enjoying perhaps its strongest season to date.
Max has one of the biggest anime of the season:Uzumaki: Spiral Into Horror. The Junji Ito adaptation has completed its run, with the show only featuring four episodes. Horror fans will want to check it out assuming they have a Max subscription already. That said, the anime has been extremely divisive, particularly everything after the first episode. As such, people without a subscription will want to check out Max’s other shows to see if it is worth an investment for them. The service’s anime series lineup is quite bad, but it does have a solid selection of movies. Obviously, Max’s Western content has a lot of great shows.

Finally, YouTube also has a few series that are available for free. Unsurprisingly, they are small names that have gotten very little attention. Still,Tono to Inumight hit the mark with dog fans, and YouTube also hasHaigakura.
Fall 2024 Anime With No Streaming

There are quite a few Fall 2024 anime that have no North American homes, and that might remain the case moving forward. At this point, most series have gotten going, so if they have no announced Western streaming service, they might just remain exclusive to Japan.
Sequels likeHyakusho Kizoku-the farmer’s daysmight land on its predecessor’s platform (Crunchyroll), but that has yet to happen.Tohai: Ura Rate Mahjong Touhai Rokulooks like it should announce a streaming platform, but it has not happened. At this point, it is not going to happen.
