There are15 Minor Charms inStar Wars Outlaws.

Kay will begin the game with just one Minor Charm slot, but a new Minor Charm slot will be unlocked after Kay completes each main questline. It will often occur while traveling at hyperspeed away from the planet you just concluded. There will be a brief summary, and a notification that you’ve unlocked a new charm slot.

Shumais a traveling merchant who makes her way from planet to planet. She is first found near Typhon’s Rock on Toshara, then later found in central areas of major cities, like Kijimi City and Myrra. The game will usually notify you when she is nearby.
