In the new Dapper Delights update for Gameloft’sDisney Dreamlight Valley, players can now unlock Princess Tiana. Once the pro chef moves to the valley, you may complete her friendship quests and enjoy delicious Cajun dishes fromTiana’s Palace and Meal Stall.

How to Start Dreamlight Gastronomy Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To start the Dreamlight Gastronomy quest, talk to Tiana about her new idea. She will share that she wants toorganize a cooking competitionto find someone to help with her Meal Stall. Tiana plans to teach and test contestants using herspecial Cajun recipes. It seems like the princess is really busy with all the customers at her palace and stall.
Recruit Villagers for Tiana’s Contest
To help Tiana find contestants, you’ll need to talk to the following villagers:
After talking to all five villagers, the saviors find out thatMulan and Woody don’t want to participatein the contest, but the other three are up for it.
Next, head to Remy’s House and speak with Tiana. She will be thrilled to hear that Anna, Kristoff, and Mike are participating. Tiana will then ask you to show the villagershow to cook.
Prepare the Ingredients for the Contest
In the first round of the contest, you’ll teach the villagers some basic cooking skills like washing herbs, chopping vegetables, andmaking a Seafood Boil. Here’s what to do:
Dreamers can find Potatoes and Corn in drums insideRemy’s House. Break all four drumswith yourRoyal Pickaxeto collect them.
To wash and collect herbs, look for the five planted herbs inside Remy’s House. Use yourRoyal Watering Canto water them and then harvest them.
Lastly, you’ll need to catch three types of seafood. Here’s what you need to get:
Crabs are native to theFrosted Heights biome. To unlock it, players will need to spend 10,000 Dreamlight. Once there, head to any body of water and cast your line in the blue or white bubbles to catch Crabs.
To catch Shrimp, players will need to head over toDazzle Beachand use theRoyal Fishing Rod. Cast your line into the white and blue bubbles to reel them in. For Lobsters, you’ll need to go to theGlade of Trustbiome, which you can unlock for 5,000 Dreamlight. Once there, fish in the golden bubbles to get a Lobster.
Next, meet Tiana at Remy’s House and give her all the ingredients. Once she has everything, she will give you a special New Orleansdish called Seafood Boilthat the contestants have prepared together.
After that, Tiana will ask you to taste the dish and share your thoughts. Open your inventory, select the Seafood Boil, and eat it. Then, the players should talk with Tiana again, who will tell them about the next round of the cooking competition and ask for their help in crafting aSandwich Board.
Craft a Sandwich Board for Tiana
Here are all the items you’ll need to find for the board:
Stonecan be collectedby mining rock spots in any biome. For 20Hardwood, look for it on the ground in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, and Frosted Heights biomes.Eggscan be purchased from Remy’s Pantry in Chez Remy. Finally, grow 10Wheatby planting Wheat Seeds, which you’re able to buy for one Star Coin at Goofy’s Stall, and harvest them after a minute.
After you’ve collected all the ingredients, go to any nearbycrafting stationto make a Sandwich Board. Then, go to Remy’s House and hand the board over to Tiana. She’ll tell you about the tasty dishes the contestants made in the second round of the contest.
Take a Picture of Everyone With their Meals
Next, you’ll need to snap a pic with the contestants and their meals on the table. Your next step will be to taste everyone’s dishes. Below is the list of all the meals:
After hearing from Remy and Tiana about the Cajun dishes, go to Anna,Mike Wazowski, and Kristoff to give them your feedback on their cooked dishes.
Choose the Winner of the Contest
For the next step, players will have to speak with the Frog Princess and decide the winner of the cooking contest. Soon after, she’ll give you the Sandwich Board with the winner’s dish name on it.
Talk to the Winner and Place the Sandwich Victory Board
Once you’ve spoken to the winner, place the Sandwich Victory Boardoutside Tiana’s Palace. Then, listen to Tiana congratulate the winner and talk with her one last time to end the Dreamlight Gastronomy quest.
