It has become a reputable production house after thesuccess of the Castlevania series. Adi Shankar, who also directed Castlevania, will be overseeing the Devil May Cry anime. He has clarified that his goal is to create one of the best anime projects on Netflix.
Alex Larsen is the head writer for the project. He has previously worked on Yasuke and Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix. Johnny Yong Bosch is the only confirmed voice actor. The talented artistis set to voice Dante. Previously, Reuben Langdon had voiced the demon hunter.

The first season of the anime will have eight episodes in total. So, it will be precise, and each episode will be of the highest quality. The first teaser for the Devil May Cry anime was released back in September 2023.
The last major Devil May Cry game came out in 2020. A mobile game titled “Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat” released in 2024. But it didn’t get the same traction as the mainline games. With no other update regarding a new installment, the anime adaptation is bound to make fans happy.
