Xur has returned again toDestiny 2, complete with new exotic and legendary gear for players to check out for a limited time. With Act 3 in full swing, Bungie appears ready to discuss the future of Destiny 2, not only from a long term viewpoint, but with the expected updates and changes coming alongside Episode: Revenant in October. Afterteasing the future ofDestiny 2back in August, Bungie is preparing another developer diary early next week, discussing a few key details including Codename: Frontiers.
As for the short term, Bungie is slowly revealing more and more about Episode: Revenant, with more planned over the coming weeks. Just this week, Bungie confirmed a big change coming to the Dungeon and Raid rotator to help players find the activities they want quicker without having to wait as long. Starting in October,Destiny 2’s Dungeon and Raid Weekly Rotator will feature 4 missionsinstead of the usual 2. With Warlord’s Ruin also being added to the queue, this change will cut the wait time in half to see certain missions come back, making it slightly easier for player to farm the gear they want.

Where is Xur?
Xur has now taken up permanent residence in the Bazaar area inside The Tower, so there’s no more hunting when the weekend comes around.
Since the Bazaar is located between both fast travel points, players can pick either one to load into. Head into the area where Ikora and Hawthorne are and look for the Ramen Shop towards the back wall. While facing the shop, the alley is to the right, where Xur is standing.
Destiny 2 Class Armor and Exotic Cipher
Xur’s role continues to offer the usual weekly quests, exotics, and legendary gear. Not only are these quests required to purchase a second fated engram, but they’re necessary toacquire legacy exotic gear from the Tower kiosk. Players can earn a new cipher by completing strikes and winning crucible or gambit matches. Gain bonus points for playing with clan mates or finishing more challenging activities.
Promethium Spur - Warlock leg armor

Unfortunately for Warlocks, this is the lowest rolled exotic this week and considering this isn’t considered a top tier exotic, players can pass.
Ophidia Spathe - Hunter chest armor
Knife throwers rejoice! With a little skill and loudout tweaking, this exotic can make it so you’re always able to throw knives at enemies. The roll isn’t incredible, but solid enough.
Mask of the Quiet One - Titan helmet
The highest total roll belongs to Titans this week, though again, mobility is probably a bit higher than most would like. However, the roll is still solid and this is a good exotic for survivability purposes, so it may be worth a look this week.
