Call in Dead is the final mission inCrime Scene Cleaner. Tasked with cleaning up Big Jim’s Warehouse, this mission puts players through their paces, requiring them to solve several environmental puzzles and explore every nook and cranny to hunt down all the bodies hidden all over the map.
On your journey, you’ll also uncover plenty of secrets. You’ll naturally run into some of these secrets as you play through the mission, but collecting them all will require you to step off the beaten path. There are a total of five secrets and four Casette Tapes to unlock in the mission. For those struggling, this guide pins down the exact location of each one you’ll find inCrime Scene Cleaner’s Call in Dead mission.
Secret 1: Found In The TV Room
The mission initially puts you in the warehouse’s parking lot. You’ll need to go through the door on the left to take the stairs and get inside. The powers are cut, so you’ll want touse your Flashlight to move around.
Don’t worry; you’ll be able to restore the power soon enough.
For now, from the warehouse entrance, head straight ahead past the conveyor belt and go inside the portable office booth on the left. Pick up theTV Room Keyfrom the table. From here, head all the way to the right side of the warehouse to get to thePower Supply section. Head down the stairs and find the power generator in the area. Interact with it to turn the power back on.
The entrance is marked with acaution sign. You’ll need to crouch to use the stairs and get to the generator.
With the power back on, climb back up the stairs, and take an immediate right. You’ll see a door you can unlock with theTV Room Keyyou picked up earlier. Head inside and go past the curtain at the end of the room to unlockthe first secret for this mission.
Cassette Tape 1: TV Room Podium
You can also pick up the first Cassette Tape for the Call in Dead mission in the TV room. You’ll find it sitting on the podium where you discovered the first secret.
Secret 2: Follow The Vent
For the second secret, you’ll want tohead back to the power generatorfound earlier. You’ll find a vent on the right side of the generator that you can punch. Break it open by either punching it or usingthe Katana you picked up from the Modern Art missionand head into the vent.
Follow the vent all the way to the end and break open the grate on the other side. Crawl out of the vent, and you’ll get the second secret for this mission.
Before you exit the vent, you’ll find astatue and some cashthat’s easy to miss.
Secret 3: Climb The Crates
For the third secret, you’ll need toreturn to the main warehouse entrance. You’ll see a large shelf on your right after entering through the main door. Go around it, and you’ll notice somestacked cratesthat you can use to climb up.
Once you reach the top, crouch down to go in. Keep moving along the path past the wooden planks, and you’ll uncoverthe third secret of the mission.
Secret 4: Get Up On The Pipes
From the location of the third secret, you’ll want to walk back the way you came. But, instead of going down, take the wooden plank that goes up, walk around the crates, and jump on them to get to the next floor. You’ll now arrive at the location calledHall First Floor. Cross the walkway to the other side, heading toward theControl Room.
Look up, and you’ll notice somevents and pipes near the ceiling. You’ll need to get up there to unlock the second secret. If you’veunlocked theStep Ladder skill, set it up in front of the locker on your right and climb up. Otherwise, you’ll have to use a chair in the room to climb.
Carefully walk above the vent and jump on the colorful pipes on the right side. You’ll see a grate that you’re able to break open once again. Go through it, drop down to the room below, and you’ll unlock the final secret for this mission.

Cassette Tape 2: Second Floor Via The Elevator
You may have noticed adoor with a keypad in the Control Roomearlier. Manually hack into the room and pick up the Keycard inside. Use it on the control panel in the room and turn the power on.
Now go out of the Control Room, cross the walkway, and go all the way to the right. Jump over the conveyor belt and go past the dead body. Keep going forward and pick up theElevator Cardthat’s sitting on top of a crate.
Head back to the Control Room and use the Elevator Card with the Control Panel to start the elevator. Get inside the elevator once it comes in and get to thesecond floor. You’ll arrive at a corridor. Keep moving forward and go into the last room at the end of the corridor. You’llfind the second Cassette Tapehere near the jukebox.
Cassette Tape 3: Blue Shipping Container
For the next Cassette Tape, you’ll need to go to theContainer Lot section of the map. Walk out of the Boss’s Room and take the first door on your right as you move through the corridor. After going down using the ladder, you’ll notice a couple of big shipping containers in the area.
Theblue containerright in front of you is open. You’ll find the door near the forklift. The Cassette Tape will be inside the container on the table in the metal box.
Secret 5: The Unknown Key is Key
In the Container Lot area, you’ll find theCrane Keycardnear one of the dead bodies. You’ll need to break the fragile crate to get access to it. With the Keycard in hand, go back to theControl Room. Use it in the final slot — but before you turn on the power, you’ll want to turn off the power to the Hatch first.
Turning the Crane power on without powering down the Hatch willoverload the generatorand cut the power. If that happens, run back down to the generator area and turn it back on.
Once you power up the Crane, run back to theContainer Lot areaand interact with the control buttons at the top of the walkway to lift the shipping container below. Use the container to cross to the other side of the warehouse. You’ll find anUnknown Keyinside a blue container on the other side.
Go back to the Control Room,power up the Hatch controls, and cut power to the Crane. Return to theSorting Roomarea through the conveyor belt and use the Unknown Key to open the door at the end of this room. This willunlock the final secretfor Call in Dead.
Cassette Tape 4: On The Crate By The Dragon Statue
The final cassette tape for the mission will be in thesame room as the last secret. You’ll find it sitting on a crate with thedragon statuethat you may steal for cash.
This will unlock theJuke Box Heroachievement inCrime Scene Cleanerif you’ve collected all the other Cassette Tapes up to this point.
After collecting all the secrets and picking up the Cassette Tapes, you can move on to cleaning up the warehouse. The mission is a big one with plenty of hidden places, so make sure you check everything to end thisCrime Scene Cleanermission with a perfect score.
