Season 5 Reloaded is winding down, but updates from the development team continue at a steady pace.
The September 5 update forModern Warfare 3andWarzonefixes multiple bugs that affected gameplay elements in both games. According to the newly released patch notes, the developers fixed an issue that prevented split-screen players from playing on the Celship map inModern Warfare 3. Previously, playing split screen on Celship would result in being sent back to the multiplayer menu with an error code reading “DEV ERROR 12744.” The update also disabled infil sequences on the Skidrow and 6 StarModern Warfare 3maps in order to prevent mixed team spawns. Moreover, the update fixes the infinite reserve ammunition bug for the BAL-27’s JAK Deathmarch Conversion Kit and corrects the alignment of the Torque 35’s optic reticle.Modern Warfare 3’slatest patch notes end with a fix to attachments for certain blueprints inModern Warfare 3Zombies, but Activision did not specify which blueprints were addressed with the fix.
Only a few adjustments were applied in the latestWarzoneSeason 5 Reloadedupdate, with the Bunker Buster killstreak being one of the key aspects addressed. Going forward,Warzoneplayers attempting to use a Bunker Buster within proximity of one that’s already enabled will get a message reading “Airspace is too crowded.” This means that players will need to head to a different location or wait until the Bunker Buster that’s currently in use has been depleted. A bug that prevented players from using a Deployable Buy Station more than once was fixed in the September 5 update. Additionally, issues that prevented Utility Boxes and Drone Beacons from counting toward the “Social Warzone Rewards Challenge” and “Use 10 Field Upgrades” daily challenge were fixed, respectively.
