Cacahuatlis a new material only available for players to farm inGenshin Impact’s Natlan region. It’s used as an ingredient in cooking Natlan recipes and can be found all over Natlan. They aren’tas abundant as Sweet Flowers,but players can collect quite a few if they stick to this farming route.
There are a total of 78 Cacahuatl as of Version 5.0 and most of them can be found in clusters. This guide will show you the best farming route for travelers in the mountainous region ofGenshin Impact’s Natlan.
Children of Echoes - Cacahuatl Locations
Children of Echoes has around 15 Cacahuatl that players can farm, but the route requires a lot of walking. Firstly, teleport to the waypointeast of the area(near the entrance to the Children of the Echoes tribe) and head outside the canyon. You’ll come to this cliff area that you’ll haveto climb to go above the canyon. The first Cacahuatl will be near some alpacas on a green plain. Next, teleport to theReputation Waypointand glide down towards your left. There’ll be a Cacahuatl on the ground below.
The rest of the Cacahuatl in the region is only accessible through the Statue of Seven. Teleport there and fly across to the cliffs you see in front of you. There will be 4 Cacahuatls you may claim here. Then, teleport back to the Statue of Seven, turn around andindwell the Tepetlisaurus in the bushes. Enter the molten fissure which will take you up the mountain behind you. Just run around the area and you’ll find plenty of Cacahuatl to collect.
Tepeacac Rise - Cacahuatl Locations
Tepeacac Rise only has one cluster of Cacahuatl and they are right next to the teleport waypoint on the mountain. Players can just teleport there and claim all 10 of them.
Sulfurous Veins - Cacahuatl Locations
When you’re at Sulfurous Veins, teleport to the waypointnorth of the regionand glide over to the first marker indicated on the above image (the one to your left). Once you have collected those Cacahuatls, you can run to grab the others to the right of the map, but it might be faster to teleport back to the waypoint and glide to get it.
The next batch follows a route that can be done on foot. Teleport to the waypoint at thefar northand glide to your left to find the first Cacahuatl near a rock. Then, keep goingsouth on the mapto grab the one near the edge of the cliff, before turning around and heading north. Follow the above route in the image to claim each one, before you glide across the cliff to grab the rest on the rock in front of you.
Tequemecan Valley - Cacahuatl Locations
Once you’re done at Sulfurous Veins, head down to Tequemecan Valley and use the teleport waypoint at the base camp. Glide down the pathway and head into the clearing to find a Cacahuatl you can grab. From there, teleport to the second waypoint down the valley and head across the stream to find another Cacahuatl near a Yumkasaur.
Teleport tothe Ancient Watchtower Domainand climb up the small hill behind you to find a Cacahuatl there. Then, you may glide from there to the next location that is a couple meters away to grab another one. Next, teleport to the Statue of Seven in the valley and go behind it to find some cliffs a couple meters ahead. There will be a small-elevated rock with some Cacahuatl located there. Then, you can glide down to find the rest of them near a long-necked rhino.
The next batch is in an underground cave where the Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King Boss is located. There are only three in there, so just teleport to the waypoint, glide down to the bottom and head left to find them. You’ll need to run the circumference of the cave to find them all.
Huitztli Hill - Cacahuatl Locations
Teleport to the main waypoint on Huitztli Hill (this is theonenorth of the underground waypoint) and glide across the cliff to an area below you filled with white trees. There will be a lot of enemies around and the Cacahuatl will be located behind their camps. Next, teleport to the waypointsouthof Huitztli Hill and headsouthto find a Cacahuatl near the road. you’re able to then turn left and head up towards some Sauroform Tribal Warriors who will be surrounding some Cacahuatl placed on a boulder.
Scions of the Canopy - Cacahuatl Locations
The cluster of Cacahuatl at Scions of the Canopy can be accessed by two waypoints. The first waypoint (indicated by the green arrow) is at a lower level than the cliff where the Cacahuatl are, so you’ll have to indwell a Yumkasaur to climb the mountain.
There might be instances where the grappling points aren’t available, so just look up to find them. Players can also choose to use the teleportation point on Tepeacac Rise and run all the way to the cliff.
Ancestral Temple - Cacahuatl Locations
There’s not many Cacahuatlat the Ancestral Templeand so it doesn’t require a lengthy route. Simply teleport to the above indicated waypoint, turn around and head up the cliff towards a Yumkasaur Warrior camp. The Cacahuatl will be on top of some boxes there.
Ameyalco Waters & Firethief’s Secret Isle - Cacahuatl Locations
Teleport to the waypointeastof the Ameyalco Waters Statue of Seven and glide down to the beach. There will be two Cacahuatls atop a boulder that you can collect. Next, teleport to Firethief’s Secret Isle and head inwards to find one on a box.
Firethief’s Isle is an invisible island on the map and can only be unlocked once players head to the smaller island behind it and swim across to teleport waypoint. Then only will it pop up on the map.
Basin of Unnumbered Flames - Cacahuatl Locations
Teleport to the waypointnorthof the Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits Domain, turn around and head past the cliffs to find a Tribal Warrior Encampment. You can collect around six Cacahuatls in the area, before gliding down to the next location.These ones will be near a Hilichurl campand there are nine Cacahuatls to collect.
