Tannis' hidden lab is located deep under Konrad’s Hold on Pandora. Once you make your way inside using the minecart and havebeaten all the Varkids, you can begin the Tannis puzzle by disengaging the four couplings inBL3. This is an easy objective since all you have to do is shoot at the four (red) couplings in the center of the lab. Tannis will then ask you to load the reactor, which is where the trouble starts.
There are two consoles on either side of the reactor. You are likely going to sprint to the larger console with the four interactive lights inBorderlands 3. However,it is impossible to change all the four lights from red to green. You can get three lights to turn green at most before they all revert to red. This console is actually just a distraction or a clever little trap to keep you busy.
