It is crucial to note that not all the side quests can be completed in any order. Some of these quests get locked the moment players progress into the next chapter or far enough in the story. Therefore, players should attempt to complete them soon after starting a new chapter. Once players have interacted with the Ma Tianba horse NPC in the above locations, they will need to complete Chapter 5 in its entirety. It is crucial that players should ensure that they interact with the horse NPC at every location before heading to the next chapter. Then, they can head back to the Valley Entrance shrine once again to interact with the dead cart and get theDark Thunder.

Get all the letters from thePurple Altarsmentioned above and defeat the boss to get theCelestial Nonary Pill.
Rakshasa Palace
Complete the quest to get the Supreme Gourd at the end.
