Like all other members of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team,Seth has a meter called Resolve, which he can expend to empower his Basic Attack to gain a shield, deal more damage, and enable a Quick Assist. If you use a Quick Assist enabled by his Basic Attack or Assist Follow-Up, the new on-field character will get aShield of Firm Resolve, which absorbs damage based on Seth’s ATK andgrants an Anomaly Proficiency bonus.
