Az-Tech Trail becomes available onceAstro Botplayers have completedthe Sky Garden stage. As the name suggests, it’s a planet that’s inspired by Aztec culture, providing players with some gorgeous green visuals and stunning stone sculptures. The stage also has plenty of collectibles.
Just like in Sky Garden, there are seven Bots and three Puzzle Pieces for players to find in Az-Tech Trail, as well as a secret warp to the Lost Galaxy. ThisAstro Botguide will help players find all of the Az-Tech Trail collectibles, with images and detailed descriptions for each one.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #1
Near the beginning of the stage, players will encounter a red ladybug-type enemy. To progress, they’ll need to punch it so that it rolls onto its back and then bounce off its chest. By bouncing off of this enemy, they can find the first Az-Tech Trail Bot on the stone platform to their left.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #2
Shortly after getting the boxing gloves, players will run into a green cactus enemy. If they drop off the ledge to the right of where this enemy spawns, they’ll see a red patch in the wall that they can stick one of their gloves to. Doing so and then pulling it back will open up a hole in the wall, where they can find the second Az-Tech Trail Bot hanging out with a robotic squirrel.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #3
Just past where they encountered the cactus enemy, players will see a wooden crate full of Wumpa fruit to their right. Break the crate with the boxing gloves will reveal a cameo Bot based on the titular character fromtheCrash Bandicootseries.
Az-Tech Trail Puzzle Piece #1
Not long after finding the Crash Bandicoot Bot, players will need to swing off of a red cylinder. Immediately after their landing, they should look to their left and stick one of their gloves to the red pad. Pulling it back will fill the area with water, revealing the stage’s first Puzzle Piece.
Az-Tech Trail Lost Galaxy Warp
When players arrive in the area with the Russian doll enemy, they should focus their attention on the wall with the four torches. Breaking all four of these will cause the wall to open, allowing players to pull the cable on the planet behind it and activatethe Az-Tech Trail Lost Galaxy Warp.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #4
In the area above the Russian doll room players will find a golden panel to their right. Breaking this with the boxing gloves will lead them to a secret area with a Bot surrounded by enemies.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #5
After launching themselves from the first slingshot players will find themselves in an area with two Russian dolls. If they use the blue bounce pad to gain access to the ledge to their right, they’ll find an even larger Russian doll guarding the fifth Az-Tech Trail Bot, who’s stuck up in a tree. After defeating the doll, players can punch the tree to knock the Bot down.
Az-Tech Trail Puzzle Piece #2
When players hit the next checkpoint, they should look to their right and use one of their gloves with the red patch on the wall. Doing so will open up a short platforming section, at the end of which is the stage’s second Puzzle Piece.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #6
Towards the end of the stage is a section where players need to jump across some moving green platforms. Before they do so, however, they should use one of their gloves with the red patch on the platform closest to them to reveal another Bot.
Az-Tech Trail Puzzle Piece #3
Once they’re done jumping across the green platforms players will need to swing across some more red cylinders. The final Az-Tech Trail Puzzle Piece is in a hole in the wall just after the second cylinder.
Az-Tech Trail Bot #7
Rather than following the path towards the giant monkey head at the end of the stage, players should instead look to their left. If they swing across another red cylinder, they’ll find another red patch in a statue’s mouth. After pulling it open and dealing with the enemies that come out, players should head into the blue portal. There, they’ll find an elaborate platforming section, at the end of which is a cameo Bot based on Jak fromtheJak and Daxtergames.
