While there are sometimes debates about whether streaming services should release episodes weekly or less frequently, these five episodes will be on Hulu just in time fora Halloween binge-watch. While a five-episode season might seem short, the other three didn’t have a large episode count, either. Season 1 ofAmerican Horror Storieshad seven episodes, season 2 had eight, and season 3 had only four. Since this is one ofthe best anthology TV series, shorter seasons work perfectly well and there doesn’t need to be 10 or 12 episodes in order for the storylines to be powerful, effective, and scary.
