Overwatch 2has begun to include crossover events with different games and franchises on a more regular basis, with them now appearing every season, or every other season. Previous crossover events have includedOne Punch Man, Diablo, Cowboy Bebop,andTransformers,with each offering a series of Hero skins resembling iconic characters from each franchise, and other collectibles for players to purchase and/or earn through Challenges.
With the arrival ofOverwatch 2’sSeason 12, aWorld of Warcraftcrossover event was announced for players to look forward to. As of September 17, this event has now gone live, bringing a series ofnew Hero skins and collectiblesthat are available for players to obtain. All World of Warcraft Crossover Skins in Overwatch 2
TheOverwatch 2 x World of Warcraftcrossover eventwill be live in-game between the dates ofSeptember 17, 2024,andSeptember 30, 2024. During these dates, a series of Hero Skins for Widowmaker, Torbjorn, Reinhardt, and Zenyatta will be available for players to acquire, as well as emotes and highlight intros for that perfect play of the game.
