Baldur’s Gate 3is a massive game that has an achievement list to match the length, but some are hidden away behind question marks that you won’t be able to unlock until you accidentally stumble upon them. Some are easier to get than others, but if you know where to look and what to do, then you shouldn’t have any problems getting all the Baldur’s Gate 3 achievements.

It’s important to remember, though, that achievements are often hidden because they are story spoilers. So, if you haven’t finished the game yet, beware that the following list will likely contain story moments you may not have come across before. Certain achievements will also take a lot more effort and important story choices throughout the game to achieve. So, if you haven’t got them yet, it may be time for another playthrough.

All Baldur’s Gate 3 Hidden Achievements

As previously mentioned,Baldur’s Gate 3is a massive game. So, if you want to get all the achievements, get ready to put 100+ hours into it - and prepare for more than one playthrough - because some of them require you to make different choices from those you made in your first playthrough. Here are all the hidden achievements to look out for:

Act 1

Some of the more lengthy hidden achievements are only obtainable in Act 1, and if you miss them, you won’t be able to go back and get them. These are namelyTaking Bloodand theAdamantine Forge-related achievements. As a tip, when you fight the Golem in the Adamantine Forge, make sure you go into that fight with your tankiest party members and some who can do ranged damage. It’s a difficult fight, and it may take some time to get right.

Act 2

Night Orchids only grow in the Shadowlands, so you may only complete this achievement while you are exploring Act 2. Additionally, Sazza can be found again in Moonrise Towers once you rescue her from the Grove and the Goblin Camp in Act 1. However, you need to go to Moonrise Towers before saving the Nightsong in order to save Sazza one last time and get the achievement.

Act 3

Act 3 is mostly where you’ll only be able to get one or two of the ending achievements because you can’t choose all of them. The others, unlike those you find in Act 1 and 2, are fairly straightforward thankfully. The main reason you’d want to play again is to get the Dark Urge-specific ending achievements and make a different choice when you finally defeat the Netherbrain.

General Achievements

One of the trickiest achievements to get throughout the game is Leave No One Behind, where you need to save all the Tiefling refugees. This means you have to help them escape Emerald Grove safely, find all those who wandered off in the Shadowlands, and one or two more in Act 3 as well.
