In fact, the game has earned “Very Positive” overall reviews from Steam users, indicating that it’s a quality port. Unless something catastrophic happens, one can safely assume that the PS5 version of the game will be of similar quality, or maybe even better, depending on how it takes advantage of the system’s features. No concrete details are available for the PS5 port at the time of this writing, so fans will have to stay tuned for more information on that front.

Taking inspiration from the Bible for its story,El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatronfeatures a blend of platformer gameplay with hack-and-slash combat. The game features both 2D and 3D sections, making it rather unique in its presentation.
